The well-known Fishmonger’s Finest dog food was making a move to the Wainwright’s Sensitive Range with a new recipe, name and packaging. Our job was two-fold. Firstly to help existing Fishmonger’s customers understand the change and support the transition for their dogs, and secondly to attract new customers to this exciting, superfood range specifically for dogs with sensitive tummies and skin conditions. 
 
The transition phase included digital assets across their website and in-store POS, signposting the change and guiding customers on how to slowly shift from the old recipe to the new recipe. The new product launch required a multi-channel, integrated campaign which included a new suite of beautiful dog imagery, new headlines and production rollout across print, email, in-store POS, digital and social.
