NJT is the world’s most awarded travel franchise, providing a better way to book holidays through a network of over (X) independent travel agents. Following significant growth across the travel category, NJT approached us to lead a brand refresh that would better reflect their joyful, personalised service – and support their agents in marketing their own businesses more effectively.
Our Response
We developed a vibrant new visual identity and tone of voice, rolled out across a comprehensive set of brand guidelines, digital assets, and a ready-to-use social media toolkit. The aim was to empower NJT’s home-based agents with the tools they need to market themselves while staying true to a unified, standout brand.
A new strapline – “We make planning a holiday feel like a holiday” – captured the ease, convenience, and delight that NJT agents bring to every booking experience.
The Impact
The refreshed brand look and feel is now live across all digital and social channels, helping hundreds of NJT travel agents show up more confidently, consistently, and creatively – with a brand that matches the warmth and personality they bring to their customers every day.
