After a year in which the Society’s colleagues have shown non-stop goodwill to customers in the most challenging of times, we wanted to celebrate them and remind customers and members of the extraordinary efforts that Central England Co-op colleagues go to to be there for their communities, and never more so than at Christmas.
We recruited children and grandchildren of colleagues from across the Society to tell this story, with an important call to action to shop the Irresistible range and help provide 500,000 meals to local families in need across the season. The campaign ran in over 250 stores, online and across social media with additional PR, events and influencer activity.
