BRAND REPOSITIONING & ACTIVATION

With over 20 years experience in developing temperature control solutions for businesses across the UK, there is nothing Aqua doesn’t know about cooling and heating solutions. Aqua approached us to help them evolve their brand proposition to help them better cut through in an increasingly competitive category, and crucially, help them amplify their reputation for having the best people, custom service and quality of customer service. 
 
Our remit was to reposition the brand to a more progressive and challenger led positioning, from which we could help them develop new customer facing communications across all of their marketing channels. 
 
We kept it simple – Aqua is known for its brilliant people and knowledge. We wanted to create a customer facing proposition that leveraged their reputation for being a people led business, but also explicitly communicated their expertise in all things Temperature Control.
 
Aqua: The Temperature Control People launched this Autumn. A confident, clear and no-nonsense proposition that explicitly explains who Aqua are and what they do. A warm and approachable business in a category of functional, undifferentiated brands that puts their people at the heart of what they do – knowledge, expertise and loyalty, all the things customers want and need. 
 
This new proposition has now been rolled out across the business, from a new logo lock up, website, exterior building signs and vans, a new suite of photography, brand film and social assets.
